Ayurvedic Women’s Health Clinic
Hello Beloved Community,
I have been musing recently about rebuilding the matriarchy. As women we are taught to disconnect from our bodies. To view them from the outside eye. To trust a Dr’s opinion over our own inner knowing and discernment. This learned dissociation is a form of patriarchy. It is a primary factor in how women are denigrated. Particularly women of color. When we return to our bodies we connect with the earth, with our universal selves. We celebrate the lush and fecund abundance of our being. We know that we are enough just in our beingness. Not based on our productivity. When we nourish our bodies this visceral knowledge grows. Our ability to receive grows in right relationship to our ability to give. When women are exalted, families are exalted, and communities are exalted along with the earth.
My work is to support women to remember this right relationship to themselves. To hold their intuition in high regard. To give to themselves and resource their bodies to heal themselves. Repair is always possible. Once we are in alignment our full creative capacity can come forward. What needs to heal in you so that your dharma work can come forward? What have you been calling in?
In support of this spirit I am currently offering an Ayurvedic women’s virtual health clinic. The clinic is sliding scale. My rates are $180- $525 for a package of three sessions. Payments are available. Venmo @Bashari-George or Cash app $basharilrg are the easiest forms of payment since these are zoom sessions. Everyday 10% of the proceeds will go to a different nonprofit offering support for India’s Covid relief efforts. The first day’s donation will go to khalsa aid india.
