Seasonal Spring Shift
This season I have been thinking and reflecting on cleansing not only the physical body but the spiritual body. What stagnation are we holding in our emotional or spiritual selves? What habits or thought patterns have become embedded in our daily patterns that don’t feed our highest self?
This season offers us the chance to begin again, to release. To tend to those shadowy aspects of ourselves examining them by their root and planting new seeds for the life which supports our fullest expression. When you imagine that life, what do you see?
What grows there? What transformation and shifts are needed in you for the abundance that is your birthright to come into being? What needs to be composted and transformed, sprouting lush vines that wind around and through, holding you up, surrounding you with technicolored flowers. How do we live in reciprocity? How can we nourish that vision in our everyday lives?
Ayurveda has many profound practices to help us move towards this growth with right nutrition, herbal allies, being in alignment with nature, daily rituals, community and fierce self love! Those places in your heart have been waiting to bloom once given space to reach the sunlight.
